To alleviate frustration associated with exhibitors carrying small exhibit materials during move-in, T3 Expo is pleased to provide a Cartload Service. This service will be available during move-in and move-out.

Cartload Services are designed for use by privately owned vehicles

(POV). A POV is considered to be any vehicle that is primarily

designed to transport passengers, not cargo or freight.

Examples include pickup trucks, passenger vans, taxis, limos, etc.

Bobtails, box trucks or pickup trucks pulling small trailers are not

considered POVs and Material Handling rates will apply.

Each cart will handle a load approximately 3' wide, 5' long and

3' high. No cartload can have a combined weight of more than

300 lbs.

Material Handling charges will apply to any loads greater than the

limits listed above.
